"...I'll shine on a faithful few", as Justin Young from The Vaccines sings in the wonderful "All In White", from their debut "What Did You Expect From The Vaccines?". Seeing them live last year was a huge moment for me, if you consider the fact I rarely go to gigs and the first one I went to I regret. Not deeply, but still. I have "What Did You Expect..." and I also bought their second album, the wonderful and mind-blowing "The Vaccines Come Of Age". As a fan, I was extremely nervous about their second album because of the whole "next album curse" thing, but I ended up falling in love with "TVCOA" the same way I fell in love with their debut. Their honesty, their simplicity and perfection are the main reasons why they are such a huge band and why seeing and listening to their music is so important if you are a UK rock fan, like I am, thanks to my dad. I can't chose a favorite from "Come Of Age" but I'm currently in love with "Lonely World". Justin's voice in it is perfect, I think everybody should listen to the entire album again if you have the chance.

This pic was inspired by their music video for "All In White" which is one of my favorites because of the song itself, which is very mysterious and majestic, I'd love to know the story behind the lyrics, but sadly I'm not The Vaccines, I'm just a fan of their wonderful work. I think "All In White" is an extremely sad, but powerful song and I sort of understand a little bit of the lyrics and their meaning, but I'd like to know the rest just to find out if I'm right or wrong. Being a fan is hard, haha...
